I specialize in therapy and trauma informed yoga with adults and teens. By integrating therapy and yoga, we can support your brain and your body working together. By integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and movement, we can tap into the body's natural healing abilities and promote emotional regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness.

Counseling has been an exciting journey for me, as it has allowed me to meld my passion with work life. After years of working in marketing, I took a leap of faith and moved to Colorado to pursue my dream of becoming a clinical mental health counselor.
