I'm thrilled to offer my services as a therapist to you. As a therapist, I have a passion for helping those who want to improve their mental health. I see clients aged 13 and up and I bring experience working with clients around domestic violence, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs in a collaborative manner. I often utilize interventions that have come from feminist, Adlerian, IFS, MI, and DBT orientations. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards healing. I know that everyone's journey towards mental wellbeing is different, so I'm committed to supporting you in finding the right path for your unique needs.
