Therapist
Community Connection & Wellness Facilitator

Navigating your past and present, understanding their impact on your life today, and collaboratively working towards your goals are key aspects of the therapeutic journey. As you entrust me with your story, my aim is to create a space where you feel heard and understood, fostering an environment of trust and empowerment. I appreciate the privilege of partnering with you on this transformative journey. I am an LPCC in Colorado, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive therapeutic space for individuals and couples including teens and adults. Beyond traditional therapy, I specialize in trauma-informed yoga, embracing a holistic approach to mental health that integrates both mind and body.

In addition to my role as a therapist, I serve as the Community Connection and Wellness Facilitator, expanding my commitment to mental well-being beyond individual sessions. I offer presentations on self-care for healthcare professionals, addressing the unique challenges faced in the healthcare industry. These one-hour presentations, as well as three-hour workshops, provide valuable insights and practical tools for maintaining well-being in high-stress environments. As a Wellness Facilitator, I identify, lead, and integrate wellness activities and community-building initiatives for the Raft Counseling team. I believe that a supportive work environment contributes to the overall well-being of the team, enhancing our ability to provide quality care to our clients.

In therapy sessions, I specialize in trauma-informed counseling for adults and teens, integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to support the synergy between the brain and body. Somatic work plays a significant role in our sessions, helping you build a deeper connection with your body. Through exploration of sensations and emotions, we can identify and release patterns of tension, trauma, and stress, promoting emotional regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness.

My focus areas encompass reducing anxiety, increasing self-confidence, and processing trauma and grief. I am passionate about supporting you in exploring your spirituality, managing anxiety and overwhelm, and enhancing your relationships. Whether in-person or online, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood, empowering you to reduce anxiety and stress and move forward intentionally.

My journey to counseling has been a fulfilling integration of passion and profession. After a career in marketing, I pursued my dream of becoming a clinical mental health counselor, and today, I am excited to support you on your journey. Taking the first step might feel daunting, but I am here to guide you every step of the way. Offering both in-person and telehealth therapy, we can work together in a way that is convenient and comfortable for you. I am eager to connect with you and embark on this transformative journey together!
